What The Session Is About

Rather than waiting until you feel stressed, exhausted, sad or even guilty at taking some personal time, making regular time for yourself can help you engage with your full potential as a hypnotherapist.

In this practical and informative session, you will have found out how to prevent, identify and address therapist stress, burnout, compassion fatigue and vicarious trauma. During the session, you learned and experienced a range of effective proactive and reactive self-care activities.

The PDF manual you can download complements the workshop and the worksheet. By downloading the manual, you will be added to my mailing list.
