Many hypnotherapists are taught the lengthy “relaxation model” approach to creating the state of hypnosis, and indeed approaches such as this can be very useful in a range of situations. However, at other times, you will need a more dynamic approach to get your client or patient hypnotised quickly. There also may be occasions where you have limited time to work with the person, and need rapid solutions to effectively help them address issues and create change.

This fast-paced and highly interactive Rapid Therapy Techniques and Approaches workshop will provide you with the tools to work quickly and effectively in a range of healthcare and consulting environments, as well as offering appropriate approaches for educational and informative demonstrations, with both individuals and groups.

During this workshop, you will have the opportunity to learn and practice a diverse range of tests, inductions, deepeners, techniques and approaches. Styles taught include:

  • Permissive

  • Authoritative

  • Simple

  • Direct & Indirect

  • Surprise

  • Confusion

  • Overload

Rapid therapeutic techniques including:

  • Behavioural (habit change)

  • Analytical (insight generation / sub-conscious change)

  • Cognitive (addressing limiting beliefs)

  • Ego-strengthening

  • Goal achievement

  • Stress management

  • Pain and symptom management

Although the workshop is fast-paced and highly practical, it is taught in a way that is suitable for people new to hypnosis as well as those more experienced. A detailed manual will accompany the workshop and you will receive a Certificate of Attendance, displaying the number of CPD hours.
